Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. Reflexologists believe these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. If you prefer, we can combine it with a good ol’ fashioned foot massage. It typically feels great and may actually put you to sleep!! 30 Minutes $50

Swedish Massage Experience

Enjoy the relaxing and stress relieving benefits of a Swedish massage. It may also provide relief from stiffness, numbness, pain, muscle aches and other health problems. One of the main purposes is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Swedish massage can also shorten recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. Light to firm pressure is used which melts away tension and leaves you feeling great!!

Integrative Massage Experience

Your customized session will encompass many different techniques, depending on the issues you face and your own personal preferences. These include Swedish using gentle to firm pressure. Once the muscles are warmed and relaxed we may use other modalities such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu &, Reflexology. We also may include a small amount of Reiki and Hot Stone. Our goal is to make your massage experience both comfortable and relaxing while addressing any pain or discomfort you may have.
